Consent to the processing of personal data of participants

I agree to participate in the competition-festival of classical guitar performers to collect, store, use, distribute (transfer) and publish, including on the Internet, the personal data of my minor child

The personal data of my minor child in respect of which this consent is given include: surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, sex, series and number of identity document, citizenship, place of study, class, place of residence, contact phone number. Consent is valid until the end of the Competition or terminated by a written application, the content of which is determined by part 3 of Art. 14 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 № 152 –F3 "On personal data".
